Nestled in a small valley on Peter Cave Rd. in Jackson County is the Triple R Ranch. The Triple R Ranch, a non-profit organization, is home of Cowboy Up for Christ, which is centered on providing a safe and positive environment for children of all ages. The children learn various levels of riding skills and caring for horses. Cowboy Up for Christ was established when different individuals came together with concern and prayer for our youth.
All donations are greatly appreciated! We are blessed to have a wonderful location and Christian environment where people of all ages can learn to care for, ride, and enjoy horses. God has poured out his blessings on the people who have come together to make Cowboy Up for Christ possible. Cowboy Up for Christ is a unique program with immense potential to provide enjoyment, hope, and love to all who participate. All donations should be made payable to Triple R Ranch.
Cowboy Up for Christ meets each Monday night at 6:00 p.m. at Triple R Ranch. Cowboy Up for Christ opens with prayer before releasing the youth to participate in activities, such as, round pen instructed riding, horse handling, horse care, and trail rides. A hot meal is served to all who participate. Each session ends with a devotional, singing, and closing prayer.
Cowboy Up for Christ’s goal is to strengthen and bind individuals into a cohesive network, sharing Christ with youth and adults. In doing so, we provide safe, positive alternatives to drug use through the medium of equestrian events and the fellowship of others.
